Plain-language summary of what we store and how to remove it.

What we collect

  • Email address when you sign up. Used for authentication and, for paying users, billing receipts via Stripe.
  • Notion integration token only if you check "Save token for next time." Stored encrypted at rest with a key we control. You can clear it any time on your account page.
  • Run metadata: the website URL you submitted, build profile, timestamps, and the IDs of pages we created in your Notion workspace. We do not store the page contents.
  • Stripe data for paying users: customer ID, session ID, payment status. Card details never touch our servers - they go directly to Stripe.

How long we keep it

  • Run details: 24 hours (then auto-expired in our cache).
  • Run history index for signed-in users: 30 days.
  • Saved Notion token: 90 days, or until you delete it.
  • Account email and Pro entitlement: until you delete your account.

How to delete your data

Use the controls on your account page to remove a saved Notion token or to delete your entire account. Deletion clears your stored token, run history index, Pro entitlement, and (where available) your authentication record.

If you need help or want a manual deletion, write to hello@makeyournotion.com.

Third parties

We rely on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (auth and account email storage), Upstash (encrypted token and run cache), Stripe (payments), Notion (the API your token authorises), and AI Gateway providers (the language models that generate workspace content from your submitted URL). Each of those vendors sees only the data needed to perform its function.
